Inventory

An inventory is carried out at the beginning and end of any tenancy agreement. This is to inspect the rental property for any damage and to examine the cleanliness and overall condition.

The inventory that was created during check-in is used to cross-reference with the check-out inventory and see in clear detail whether the property's condition has altered.
